The Law Office of Vasapolli & Ricciardelli was established in 1993 when two lawyers practicing in Lynn, Massachusetts, came together to establish an office in neighboring Saugus, Massachusetts. For over the next two decades they were able to grow into a thriving Law Office focused on giving clients legal advice from a practical perspective at reasonable rates in a timely and responsive manner.

John J. Vasapolli
Attorney John J. Vasapolli has represented buyers, sellers, and lending institutions in over 4,000 residential and commercial real estate transactions since 1977. He has represented more than 30 Banks and mortgage companies over his career. His practice includes preparation of deeds, purchase and sale agreements, wills and trusts, probate of estates, powers of attorney and health care proxies.
Attorney Vasapolli has represented the Town of Saugus as Town Counsel for over thirty-five years serving under eight Town Managers. He was appointed Temporary Town Manager for two separate terms.
Attorney Vasapolli was raised in the Town of Saugus and he continues to reside in the Town with his wife. Their two sons both attended Saugus Public Schools.

Gino Ricciardelli
Attorney Gino Ricciardelli received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Bentley College in 1986, and a Juris Doctor Degree, graduating cum laude, from New England School of Law in 1989. He was selected as a Business Law Symposium Editor of the New England law Review and authored an article entitled: "Stretching the Good Faith Exception Beyond its Constitutional Limits: Maryland v. Garrison."
Attorney Ricciardelli has been in private practice since 1990 concentrating his practice in the areas of Probate and Family Law, Personal Injury, Elder Law, Real Estate and Landlord/Tenant Law. He has personally been involved with real estate investments for the past twenty-five years and has been a residential and commercial landlord since 1993. His real estate and business experience provides him with a unique and practical perspective on his client's issues, which allows him to provide sound, practical advice tailored to his client's individual needs and budget.

David J. Vasapolli
Attorney David J. Vasapolli is a Saugus native and graduate of Saugus High School. He attended Bridgewater State University in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance.
Following his graduation from Bridgewater, Attorney Vasapolli attended Suffolk Law School. Here he received Honorable Mention for his legal brief in Legal Practice Skills and was a recipient of the Law School's Law Trustee Grant. During Law School Attorney Vasapolli was a Judicial Intern at Lynn District Court where he notably drafted a legal memorandum on the issue of the sixth amendment right of persons detained outside of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
As the newest member of the Law Firm, Attorney Vasapolli focuses his practice on Real Estate Law, Probate Law, and Estate Planning.
